It was a disturbing event that still haunts Clementine, but it was the only way to save AJ from the burning wreckage.Īs the flashback plays out, Clementine looks at the shivering and frightened boy, knowing that she will always have to protect him with her life.
We’re then thrown into the McCarrol ranch flashback, wherein we witness Clementine take the life of a caretaker for infants at the community.
